In December 2008, BPS was founded following a Management Buy Out from Payzone, the Europe-wide payments company.  Many experienced and key personnel joined BPS as part of this transaction and the team has continued to strengthen rapidly.

Tim Murphy - Chief Executive Officer >>

Tim has extensive experience in financial services in general and stored value services in particular. He has held the most senior positions in Alphyra/Payzone, Dun & Bradstreet and its parent company.  He was Chief Operating Officer at Alphyra/Payzone.  Previously he was President of North America for DNB (Dun & Bradstreet) and before that he was Executive Vice President of EMEA for DNB where he held other senior positions, including Chief Financial Officer.

Rory Meehan - Chief Operating Officer >>

In March 2009, Rory joined BPS from Alphyra/Payzone where he was their CIO. Prior to this he was with several blue chip companies including Spectel (Avaya), Autodesk Inc, Motorola and Borland Software Corporation throughout Europe and North America.

Des Morrell - Chief Financial Officer  >>

Des is a qualified accountant and has held financial controller and other senior positions with MUZU TV, Applied Materials and Hudson Global Resources Pty Ltd. Prior to this he was with Mazars before acting as an industrial accountant and reporting analyst for companies in Australia and New Zealand.

Alexandra has over 25 years' experience in banking, finance, marketing and consulting across the globe.  She has run divisions at Bankers Trust and its' successor, Deutsche Bank, and also ran her own successful consulting practice in London and New York.
